Burning

You wake up to the truth of who you are and drop the seeking completely only if you have a burning desire for complete truth. What is complete truth? It's not the truth that mind can explain and feel satisfied with until the next round of seeking, like fresh firewood thrown to the fireplace again and again. It's the truth that is so unexplainable to the mind that it has to surrender in it's attempts to make sense and understand. Surrendered mind is not seeking anymore, the truth is revealed. Burning came to an end and no firewood is left. Hot coals warm everything around without preference.

Ego is the opposite and comes one when we feel the need to defend, prove or fight something. That's relay a feeling of lack. We project something outside of us and we go for it. It is a contracting feeling, feeling of separation. When we let everything be as it is and act from our place of free love and pure happiness, that is Love. And it is an expanding feeling.
