Stop seeking

If I tell you there is nothing to seek, it would be absolutely true. It's all here now, nothing to add. These words are a spiritual cliche until one really realise it, then it's a simple truth. Telling "there is nothing to seek" would work only for 1% of the spiritual seekers. 99% of us have to go through every workshop possible, every teacher on the way, technique and modality of self improvement, some type of meditation technique, drug or whatever else from a spititual toolbox to exhost the drive of seeking. The seeking drops by itself when all is explored, and the grace of "it's all here now" descends. Life frees itself from the drive to seek for something in a future, and continues "chopping wood and washing dishes"

What if?

What if you saw life through the eyes of someone that doesn’t feel enough. Doesn’t think her life, what she do, what she are, is enough. What if she only saw the wonder of this world from a perspective of comparison? From a language based on duality, opposites and judgement. What a dull, boring world this would seem. Full of unfairness, disappointment and hate.
Thankfully - there is nobody. There is nobody looking at this world. There never has been, there never will be. There is just freedom, boundlessness – always not twoness.

Thinking is not the problem

Thinking is an integral part of the functioning of the body. Thinking is not the problem. Thinking you are a separate-independant-autonomous being is the cause of the problem and the very problem itself. They are not many thought, only one,  and it is the idea of separate being-ness.

Just this..

The whole mind falls to bits and there is nothing to hold on to, that’s not to say that all the teachings that you had in the past weren't perfect – they couldn't have been any other way, that was how your story had to go but now the whole constructs of mind fall apart - nothing makes sense because it is now beginning to be seen as 'just is' – rather than somebody doing something, weather that be God or another human. Life is just happening without anybody doing anything and this baffles the mind cause and effect are just apparent really there has only ever been and only ever will be this and all the teachings become a bit senseless. Nothing is left to hold onto. Complete free fall in love. Although even that is just a thought and can't be held on to just this... which contains all of this...

The Storyteller is absolutely useless..

The question is, 'who' is the one writing the impulses into the body? That's the most amazing part. The storyteller always comes after. They can scan the body now and see that the activity is already happening to make a choice before you consciously think about making that choice. It's amazing that the thought is appearing after the action.

We are so convinced that that is who we are and that we are choosing, whereas the claiming is just a side product that has happened. Its like there is an over-excited activity of the brain or an energy that is claiming things. You never need to make boundaries, boundaries will happen. When you're sitting there thinking, "Should I tell him no or should I tell him yes”, it’s already been decided. It's already happening in the body. The answer is already coming. The personal activity is absolutely useless.

Your mind and...you

Your mind can’t take a walk, but it can think while you are taking a walk. It can’t make love but it can chatter away while you are making love. Your mind can’t hold a job, but it has lots of opinions and judgments about what you do for a living.

Your mind can’t really influence what will happen or what has happened but continually acts as though it is in control of practically everything. Your mind seldom shuts up!

Your mind doesn’t really ever do anything!

Stairway to haven

You are climbing a stairway to heaven, however, it is very dark. All you can feel is the next step as you place your foot on it. It is foggy and you don't know where you are. You sometimes feel that the stairway is moving down for that next step, a little contrary to what you might expect. You have done many methods, techniques, yantras, mantras, tantras and cerebral laxative, Christ! you have done them all. You have read hundreds of books on walking up stairs, but that next step is always a mystery, because you don't know if it is there or not in that dark mist around your feet.

Family, friends and a well meaning waitress at Dennys are saying 'DON"T DO IT', but you feel compelled to take the next step. Phew! it's there, the support you continue to THINK you require is just underfoot.

ONE DAY, BANG, WTF... no step to support you and there is no way back. You tumble into everything and nothingness and mystery and knowingness.... it's all here....you look up, and order waffles with extra cream. Nothing special, but a strawberry on top would be nice. That's all folks, no... really..... that's all.

Her

The difference between the liberated one, or rather: liberation, and individuality is that when an emotion like anger arises, it just arises for no one, but all the time there’s an individual who thinks it’s his anger; that happening to him, that he owns it. In individuality there’s always an ownership of everything. In liberation there’s no one that owns the anger, but still the anger can arise, as it did before for no one. In individuality the so-called person keeps thinking it’s happening to him. In liberation it’s simply anger, happening to no one.
In liberation there is no witness. That’s over. In awakening there can be a witness, and even before awakening there can be a witness, but in liberation there isn’t even something that is aware of manifestation. There is just being, whatever is. Everything is perfect.

More to lose ?

For many spiritual people, spirituality is a walk in the park on a sunny day, bubbling with pretty notions of peace on earth and good will toward men. It's softcore spirituality, full of soft focus and soft lighting and soft music, everything soft and fluffy, all moving towards some earthshaking climax that never seems to materialize. Anyone involved in the actual process of awakening would view such frivolity the way men on a bloody battlefield view children playing war in backyards. You talk about a revolution, but revolutions aren't like afternoon tea parties with fine china and extended pinkies - they're hellish nightmares from which you can't wake up. Real spirituality is a savage insurrection, the oppressed rising up in a do-or-die bid for freedom. It's not something people do to improve themselves or earn merit or impress friends or to find greater joy and meaning in life. It's a suicidal assault on a foe of unimaginable superiority. Like David and Goliath. Our Goliath is large and powerful and cunning and all-seeing. Our David is puny and weak and stupid and blind. He has no advantage in this fight whatsoever, except the heart to fight and his rock. We can think of the rock as truth, and truth is the giant-killer. Truth destroys everything. Goliath has every power and advantage except truth, and that's why we can fight and win; we have truth and Maya doesn't. Still, it's not a one-shot deal where David throws the rock and Goliath tips over dead. It's a long, ugly struggle because we are both friend and foe- David and Goliath reside within. Every inch of ground takes everything we have. Lessons aren't delivered as quaint little parables and allegories, but as irreparable losses, lesson after lesson, loss after loss. Every step is a loss and as long as there's more to lose, there are more steps to take. Everything is lost. Nothing is gained.

It´s not me

When one has a right vision, one allows anything that is arising in life as life movement itself, one doesn't judge if this is good or bad, fortunate or unfortunate. One understands it's not me, mine, for me or against me. Its life living and harmonizing itself. Can you see how infinitely intricate this is, and how divine all is?

What is What is?

All there is is what is . . . but what is what is? Well, there is no real answer to that question. However, it seems that what is could be just what is happening . . . reading these words, sitting on a seat, trees growing, sounds, feelings, clouds or thoughts passing by and so on. In simple terms these events just seem to be what is happening. But the perspective here is that the essence of what is happening is a secret. It is suggested that what is is oneness appearing as twoness, the absolute being relative. It is the treasure that is longed for and feared most, the perfect lover and the grim reaper. It is of course the ultimate paradox, being simultaneously nothing and everything. The seeker attempts to be aware of or conscious of what is and immediately that function separates and objectifies and makes solid that which is wonderfully floating, effervescent and ungraspable. The essence of what is can’t be seen by me and so me never feels fulfilled because its experiences seem to have something missing. In what is is also what isn’t. This is the wonder of wholeness because it appears as both simultaneously. Everything that is something is also already nothing . . . there are not two! Everything is therefore real and unreal, but me experiences everything as only real. Within this illusion me attempts to transform this dualistic and unsatisfactory experience into processes such as “living in the moment” or “being here now” or accepting everything as “consciousness”.

However, and again, the wonderful paradox of the play of wholeness is that the story of me is also what is. All of the dreams and hopes, processes and religious aspirations are only wholeness appearing as a separate entity rushing around looking for itself and also hiding from itself by already being everything. And in being everything, even the avoidance or rejection of what is is what is.
